21 . BEEN LONG SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE
"C'mon, Annabeth," I pleaded, as she dragged me up the hill. My resistance was hindering her efforts, but she enjoyed it.
"Oh Seaweed Brain," she said dramatically, "you are a chicken." And she gave a strong tug. I could swear I was flying off the ground, because I hit Annabeth and we tumbled back down the hillside. Rolling past the flowers, the grass, the mushrooms, past the surprised expressions of Grover and Juniper, past Chiron, who was practicing his fencing on a wood nymph.
